Our cuisine speaks of our love for the sea and the land, expresses the values of the Mediterranean diet, and respects seasonality with a nature-friendly approach.
We source only fresh and genuine regional ingredients, including vegetables, legumes, and cereals, some of which we cultivate on our land, fish from the Adriatic Sea, dairy products, cold cuts, and meats from the Murgia and Itria Valley.
We also give special attention to wine: we choose only small producers of excellence, offering, alongside the fine wines of Puglia, selected labels from France.
AuraTerrae Restaurant
Our panoramic restaurant was also created from a historic place, restored to preserve the original local stone: the old refectory where the monks used to gather. In an elegant and intimate setting, take pleasure in unique tasting experiences and memorable moments of conviviality against the backdrop of the sea and its iridescent colors.

The Oven /
The bakery represents pugliesità at its best. It smacks of childhood memories and fragrant scents, like when grandparents lit the fire to bake delicacies like frise and taralli. In the mornings, our oven will be at work baking fresh bread for breakfasts, while at lunchtime, the aroma of hot focaccia and typical Apulian dishes will spread throughout the Masseria.

Would you like to learn how to prepare typical Apulian specialties? Under the expert guidance of our Chef, you can get your hands in the dough and discover the art of traditional cooking: orecchiette, focaccia, taralli, almond paste, and local baked delights, from tiella to parmigiana.
